Stock Girl

In my quest to become the Jerky-making Queen of Pittsburgh, I stocked up on beef tonight and set about marinating it. I got a little over 6 pounds of beef, which will hopefully yield around 3 pounds of jerky. To mix things up, I separated the meat into two batches – one is my Black Nugget recipe, and the other is a sriracha recipe (name TBD).

If all goes well, I should be stocked up on jerky by Saturday night!
