Lunch today was Greek food, which is one of my favorite lunches that my work provides. In addition to lemon chicken, rice pilaf, and lots and lots of hummus, we had make-your-own Greek salads. I loaded mine up with a boatload of feta, but somehow missed the part of the salad bar where the cucumbers and olives were. I stuck with the salad and hummus with a pita for today’s lunch; my chicken and rice are being saved for tomorrow.
Any day where I get to load up on feta is a good day. 🙂
