Worth It

Worth It

I wasn’t really “feeling” going to work tonight, but of course I did, and of course we had a pretty spectacular night. (It’s when I’m excited to go to work that it ends up not being great.) Not only did we make some decent money, but the people were super-nice – a few [totally different] people told me I don’t look old enough to be a bartender, and one woman even told me that I look younger than her 22 year old daughter (and she was right – her daughter looked more like my age). This is the second day in a row people have made these types of comments, and I’m pretty excited about them. Stitches must make me look young. πŸ˜‰

Even without all the compliments, though, it was a good night because they had macarons at the cookie table and I got to snag one. Boom. Night = instantly made. πŸ™‚
