We came up with a special concoction tonight and it was especially delicious. It wasn’t special because of the ingredients themselves, but rather due to the manner in which we added them. We took coffee, added DiSaronno amaretto and Kahlua, and then topped it with whipped cream. The part that made it so amazing was the Bailey’s that we poured on top of the whipped cream – the Bailey’s just made the whipped cream heavier, so it integrated with the coffee a little more, and as it melted into the coffee, there was a steady infusion of Bailey’s.
It was rather fantastic, and I’ll be recreating this at home sometime in the near future. 🙂
