I was pretty proud of myself for managing to get a lot done before work today – not only did I hit up the gym for a long workout, but I also managed to get some online training hours in. I was kind of on fire!
My timing wasn’t the greatest, though, because I ended up staying a bit too long at the gym. By the time I got back home, I only had 20 minutes to make and eat lunch and get ready to go before getting back in my car to go to work. Luckily, I had only one thing on my mind for lunch – pb & j on toast. I hardly ever have pb & j, but it just sounded so darn good today.
Sometimes the simple things are the best things.
(Bonus: since it’s so fast and easy to make, I was able to get to work on time. Score!)
