This pretty much explains how I can eat things like chocolate silk pie on a daily basis and not weight 900 lbs – leftovers. This is the chocolate silk pie that I ordered at our business lunch last Monday. It’s now a full week later, and this is what remains. Every night I take a bite or two and then put it back in the fridge.
I’m excellent at moderation, but terrible at finishing meals. On the plus side, this just means I get to enjoy delicious things on a regular basis. 🙂
