Yesterday I made some raw/edible cookie dough and I’ve been eating it pretty much nonstop ever since. Yesterday’s excuse was that it was Sunday and I deserved to have some fun. Today’s excuse was that I was going swimming after yard work and my regular treadmill workout, so I needed extra fuel. I’m not quite sure what tomorrow’s excuse will be, but I’m sure I’ll come up with one.
By the way, in case you’re wondering, raw cookie dough is excellent pre-workout fuel. And post-workout recovery fuel. 😉
