If it seems like I have a new favorite food every week or so, it’s because I do. 🙂
Today’s flavor of the week is baby carrots dipped in individual servings of guacamole. Eaten around 5pm, I’ve learned that it gives me enough fuel for a long workout. In fact, I not only made it through the treadmill portion of the workout today without feeling lightheaded, but I also made it entirely through my swim laps without feeling like I was going to pass out. Huzzah! I still almost fell over in the shower, but that’s huge progress.
Maybe next time I swim, I’ll rock carrots & guac AND some cookie dough and see how far that takes me. I might never get out of the pool! 🙂
