The return of warmer weather, however temporary, has spurred me to re-incorporate green smoothies into my breakfast routine. Today’s mix was banana, açai, strawberries, tons of spinach, and some almond coconut milk. It kind of looked like mud, which was appropriate for the rainy day, but I did feel kind of supercharged for most of the morning and afternoon.
Now if only the warmer weather would stick around, I could have that clear, brain-fog-free feeling every day! 😉
