Tough Cookies

It probably doesn’t reflect well on my baking skills that I broke a knife while trying to cut up and freeze the rest of my almond flour brownies. They were soft and moist (ew) when I ate them, but after a few days covered in foil, it seems they’ve crisped up. 

Ah well, I guess that’s what microwaves and ice cream are for – to mask staleness. 😉
