I think I’ve figured out the reason why I’ve felt so crappy the past couple weeks – it’s the chocolate pudding cake thing I made myself for my birthday. I noticed it a week or so ago when even the smallest amount made me feel ill, but I kept eating it. Yesterday I didn’t have any and I felt so much better this morning… and my jeans fit like they were a different pair (in a good way). Then I had a little bit with lunch – it’s the second-to-last serving left – and immediately, I felt icky. Now the jeans that I wore to the dentist earlier today are tighter and I feel bloated and gross.
So I think it’s safe to say the cake is the problem. Good thing there’s only one serving left now – but it’s so darn delicious that I don’t want to throw it out. I guess I can deal with one more day of feeling gross. 😉
